Hi, and welcome.

I’m so glad you’re taking this step toward feeling better in your body.

My clinical background includes nearly 20 years of physical therapy experience, advanced pelvic health training, orthopedic rehabilitation and movement-based care.

I’m Dr. Ariel Stern. For almost 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping people move, heal and feel more confident in their bodies. My practice is centered on pelvic health physical therapy, supporting people of all genders with concerns that can affect comfort, intimacy, movement, exercise and daily life.

My treatment approach is personalized, practical and collaborative. I look beyond the immediate symptoms to understand how the body is moving and functioning as a whole. Depending on each person’s needs, treatment may include manual therapy, movement retraining, therapeutic exercise, education and tools that can be used in everyday life.

I treat a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, pain with intimacy, bladder and bowel symptoms, men’s pelvic health, core and pelvic floor weakness, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, C-section recovery, and return to exercise after injury, surgery, or birth. My passion for this work is both professional and personal. After experiencing two C-sections, a VBAC, and my own postpartum recovery challenges, I understand how much pelvic health issues can affect the body, daily life, and a person’s sense of confidence. Physical therapy played an important role in my own recovery, and that experience continues to shape the compassionate, individualized care I provide.

I received my Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Haifa and later earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with distinction from Arcadia University. I have completed advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, men’s pelvic health, postpartum rehabilitation, visceral mobilization, orthopedic care, sports injuries, and movement-based therapy. Before focusing more fully on pelvic health, I worked as an orthopedic physical therapist and Pilates instructor, which gave me a strong foundation in functional movement, body awareness, and mindful rehabilitation that continues to shape the way I treat each patient today.

Above all, my goal is to help each patient feel heard, supported, and understood. I provide care that is evidence-based, respectful, practical, and individualized, while taking a whole-person approach to understanding each patient’s symptoms and goals. Through treatment, we work to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness, with the goal of helping each patient feel more confident, improve their quality of life, and return to the activities they enjoy.

I would be happy to work with you toward improving your comfort, confidence, and quality of life.
